We welcome you to our ranch and hope your stay is enjoyable and safe for everyone. We strive to make that happen. Please let me know if there is something to make your visit more enjoyable.

RULES TO BE FOLLOWED WHEN HUNTING ON OUR RANCHES.

1. Be courteous to your fellow hunter.

2. Please do not leave trash in the fields.

3. Pick up all empty hulls.

4. Be aware of all Texas game laws.

5. Bag limits enforced by game warden and myself. Bag limit is 12 doves per day.

6. Birds must be field dressed before returning to the camp.

7. All hunters must sign the hold harmless agreement below.

This agreement is made and entered into by and between Mark Katzfey dba Katzfey Ranches hereinafter referred to as “Lessor” and____________________________ hereinafter called “Lessee”.

Lessee acknowledges that hunting can be a hazardous and dangerous sport and that Lessee is familiar with all of the risks and hazards involved and assumes for themselves, all such hazards.

Lessor shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any kind or character to Lessee, their heirs, assigns, personal representatives, or guests or to any of their property arising from any use of the Leased Premises or any part thereof, or caused by any of the conditions on the Leased Premises, and Lessee Premises or other casualty thereon, or occasioned by the failure of Lessee to conduct their activities on the Leased Premises in a safe and reasonable manner, or arising from any cause whatsoever, and Lessee hereby waives on their behalf all claims and demands against Lessor for any such loss, damage or injury of Lessee, and hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Lessor entirely free and harmless from all liability from any such loss, damage or injury of other persons and from all costs and expenses arising therefrom.
